The Haleaka Repeater on 147.02 is now KH6HPZ/R. This repeater was designated KH6H/R. KH6HPZ is the Hawaii State RACES Assn - State Civil Defense. KH6H is still the control operator.
This RACES repeater requires a sub-audible tone of 103.5 for access (effective May 13,2012). You must program the 103.5 Hz tone on your transmit frequency (147.62)
